The Emerald Glass Frog is a species of small, arboreal amphibian native to the tropical and sub-tropical moist lowland forests of Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panamá, Colombia and Ecuador. The are so named due to the fact you can actually peer through their translucent skin and see the internal organs of their lower abdomen. While this frog isn't considered endangered, it does face some major threats such as deforestation, pollution and warmer temperatures due to climate change.
