Saint Paul’s Cathedral in London, England – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about Saint Paul's Cathedral:
Saint Paul's Cathedral is a large, Baroque style building in the city of London, England. The groundbreaking for the cathedral was in 1675. The cathedral was the fourth building to occupy the site and three previous cathedrals had been variously destroyed before construction began. The architect was Sir Christopher Wren, who is credited with building on 50 churches in London following the Great Fire of 1666. The building was the tallest in London until 1962. During the blitz, the cathedral was damaged, but was not destroyed, despite the fact the building was targeted by the German bombers. The cathedral, unlike other European churches, has few artifacts but several famous people are interred in the crypt, including the architect himself, The Duke of Wellington, Sir Winston Churchill, Florence Nightingale, the painters Sir Joshua Reynolds and JM Turner and Lord Horatio Nelson. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:

Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Minnesota – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Saint Paul's Cathedral:
The Cathedral of Saint Paul, also called the National Shrine of the Apostle Paul, is a Classical Revival styled church in the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was built upon a large hill (called Cathedral Hill) looking over the downtown area of Saint Paul and across the 94 Interstate Highway towards the Saint Paul's Cathedral. It was designed by the prominent architects Emmanuel Louis Masqueray and Whitney Warren, after Archbishop John Ireland directed it's building on the site. Masqueray himself died in 1917, and only managed to complete a handful of designs of the interior. The design was inspired by French Renaissance architecture. The large dome reaches a height of 186 feet (57 meters) with a diameter of 76 feet (23 meters). Much of the materials for the cathedral came from nearby towns in Minnesota. The exterior walls are granite from Saint Cloud, and the interior walls are American Travertine, from Mankato. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:
