The Emerald Tree Boa (Corallus caninus) is a non-venomous, arboreal snake found in South American rainforests. This large reptile is known for its brilliant green color, white zigzag markings, and specialized, long, curved teeth for catching birds. Averaging 4–6 feet in length, these nocturnal constrictors have prehensile tails for gripping branches and heat-sensing pits for hunting in the canopy.
