Endangered Tigers of Asia Poster

Tigers in Asia are critically endangered, with wild populations plunging from 100,000 to roughly 3,800–5,600 over the past century. Major threats include rampant poaching for illegal wildlife trade, habitat loss from agriculture, and a “snaring crisis” in Southeast Asia. Key endangered subspecies include the Sumatran, Malayan, and Indochinese tigers, which now survive in fragmented, isolated pockets.
