Arctic Wolf – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Arctic Wolf:
Also called the Polar, Tundra or White Wolf, Arctic Wolves are large predatory mammals from the Canidae family. They are a subspecies of the Gray or Timber Wolf. These wolves inhabit the Canadian and Alaskan arctic as well as part of Greenland. They are somewhat smaller than the Gray Wolf although they are still large growing to over 150 pounds and up to 5-6 feet long (including tail.) Like all wolves the Arctic Wolf mostly hunts in packs preying on caribou and musk oxen. But they will also take smaller prey such as hare, seals, birds and lemmings. Due to their isolation the Arctic Wolf is still found over much of it's original range. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality: • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download

Grey Wolf Subspecies of the World Poster Print
There are thought to be around 30 subspecies of Grey Wolf or "Canis Lupis." Most are found in North America, with the rest in Eurasia and a single subspecies - the Dingo - residing in Australia (which taxonomic classification as a subspecies of the Grey Wolf is somewhat debatable.) Several more are extinct, with many teetering on the brink of extinction, most notable being the Iberian Wolf, which has a very small range and an estimated population of only a couple thousand. This poster features eight different subspecies of grey wolf, along with a range map and information about each species.
List of species:

DINGO (Canis lupus dingo)
IBERIAN WOLF (Canis lupus signatus)
