The Mourning Cloak Butterfly - called the Camberwell Beauty in Britain - is a large butterfly native to the 2.5 to 4 inches (62 - 75 mm). Because of their migration patterns, these insects can be found almost anywhere plants occurs including forests, open fields, city and urban parks and suburbs. They are especially common in riparian areas.
