The Black-Tailed Rattlesnake (Crotalus molossus) – also called the Green or Northern Black-Tailed Rattlesnake – is a venomous pit viper found in the southwestern United States and Mexico. Black-tailed Rattlesnakes are considered docile and curious, and bites are rare.
