The Blue Poison Dart Frog (Denrobates tinctorius azureus) is a small amphibian native to the tropical rainforests of Suriname. which are surrounded by the Sipaliwini Savanna. Until recently, it was thought to be it’s own species, but new data has shown it’s actually a subspecies of the Dying Poison Dart Frog (Denrobates tinctorius.)
