The Blue-Ringed Octopus (Hapalochlaena maculosa) is a small cephalopod native to the waters along the coastlines of eastern and southern Australia. They are one of the most venomous animals on earth, and their toxic can cause paralysis leading to death – and there is no antitoxic.
