American White Pelican – Signed Fine Art Print
$19.95 – $27.95
Information about the White Pelican:
White Pelicans are one of the largest birds in North America. They have a wing span of approximately 9 feet. They don’t dive for fish as the Brown Pelican does. Instead, they dip their heads underwater to scoop up fish. Several pelicans may fish cooperatively, moving into a circle to concentrate them, and then dipping their heads under simultaneously to catch fish. White Pelicans nest in colonies of several hundred pairs on islands in remote brackish and freshwater lakes of inland North America.
The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:
• Paper thickness: 10.3 mil
• Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²)
• Opacity: 94%
