Description
Vultures of the World Poster
Vultures are large scavenging birds. The generally feed on carrion which they find using their excellent sense of smell and sight. By feeding on dead animals, the vulture helps stop the spread of dangerous diseases so they are critical to both other animals and humans. Their bald heads stay clean, and their strong stomach acid kills harmful bacteria.
