Gemsbok – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Gemsbok:

The Gemsbok also known as a Gemsbuck, is a large antelope found in southern east Africa. The name is derived from the Dutch name of the male chamois, which is a horned ungulate that lives in alpine regions of mainland Europe. However, the chamois and the Gemsbok are not related. They are widely hunted and their horns are prized trophies, but unlike many of the large mammals in Africa they are not considered endangered. Gemsbok typically live in small herds of about ten to forty, which consist of a dominant male, a few non-dominant males, and females. Grant’s Zebras – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Grant's Zebras:

Grant's Zebra is the smallest of six subspecies of the Plains Zebra. Its height is about 50 inches from shoulder to hoof, and weighs in at 500 to 600 pounds. The zebra has black and white stripes, a black nose, and black hooves. Zebra's stripes are an excellent camouflage because lions are believed to be color blind. Gray Mouse Lemur – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Gray Mouse Lemur:

The Gray or Lesser Mouse Lemur is a small primate of the Cheirogaleidae family. As the name implies, they are very small - only weighing about 2.4 ounces (58-67 grams) but they are the largest of the mouse lemurs. Like other similar species, the Gray Mouse Lemur is nocturnal and arboreal (tree dwelling.) This primate can be found in the dry, lowland tropical forests of Madagascar. They are opportunistic feeders, and will eat various types of fruit, flowers, insects and nectar. They are hunted by snakes, owls, and other mammals. They are often taken as prey, but this is counterbalanced by the rapid reproduction rate which results in many young. The Gray Mouse Lemur's future is uncertain due to deforestation and removal of species for the illegal pet trade. $19.95$27.95

Information about the Grévy's Zebra:

The Grévy's Zebra - also called the Imperial Zebra, is the largest living wild horse of the three species of zebra. It is also the most endangered and largest. The horse is named after Jules Grévy (President of the French Third Republic and one of the leaders of the Opportunist Republicans faction) It is the sole extant member of the subgenus Dolichohippus. The Grévy's zebra is found in Kenya and Ethiopia. Compared with other zebras, it is tall, has large ears, and its stripes are narrower. The Grévy's zebra lives in semi-arid grasslands where it feeds on grasses, legumes, and browse; it can survive up to five days without water.
