Triceratops – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Triceratops:

The Triceratops is a genus of large, herbivorous extinct dinosaur that lived in the late Maastrichtian stage of the Late Cretaceous Period, around 68 to 65 million years ago in what is now North America. The name comes from the oblivious and prominent set of three horns protruding from the dinosaur's face. The name 'triceratops' in Greek means "three-horned face." The exact function of these horns is in debate, although it is generally accepted they were used for defensive purposes, although it's possible that the horns were used in courtship rituals or displays of dominance within the species. These animals were about the size of a small bus, estimated to have reached about 26.0–29.5 feet (7.9 to 9.0 m) long, 9.5–9.8 feet (2.9 to 3.0 m) tall and 13,000–26,000 pounds (6.1–12.0 tons)

Tyrannosaurus – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Tyrannosaurus:

Tyrannosaurus Rex - sometimes shortened to T-Rex - is a genus of theropod dinosaur. While it's not clear why this species, along with all the other dinosaurs went extinct, some scientists believe it died out due to a large asteroid colliding with the earth, and/or a period of extreme volcanic activity about 65 million years ago. The T-Rex has undergone massive changes over the years, from an upright lumbering predatory menace to a more agile and less predatory animal, with some scientists speculating that, because of its small and almost useless front limbs, the might T-Rex may have been a lowly scavenger.

Velociraptor – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Velociraptor:

The Velociraptor is a genus of dromaeosaurid theropod dinosaur that existed approximately 75 to 71 million years ago during the later part of the Cretaceous Period. It is believed to have been a bi-pedal predator, possibly with feathers (although this is in dispute) The extinct animal became part of pop culture when it was prominently featured in the movie 'Jurassic Park.' Although some scientists have pointed out the portrayal of Velociraptor was filled with inaccuracies, not the least of which was the size, when the fossil record makes it clear the animal was about the size of a modern day turkey.
