The Orange-Spike Polycera is a nudibranch or sea slug, which are shell-less marine gastropod mollusks in the family Polyceridae. Members of this genus have non-retractile gills with accessory postero-lateral extra- branchial appendages. They are usually gray or white with black stripes down their bodies. Adults average about 25-30 mm long, but they can grow larger - up to 40 cm. Yellow orange dots occur on the lighter portion of the body. The Orbicular Batfish also called the circular batfish, orbiculate batfish, round batfish, or orbic batfish is a popular aquarium fish endemic to tropical waters of the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The body of this fish is almost disc-shaped, and very thin. Its tail, about 20% of the body length, is fan-shaped and is taller than it is long. In the wild, the orbicular batfish is found in brackish or marine waters, usually around reefs. Its range extends from the Red Sea and East Africa in the east to the Tuamotu Islands in French Polynesia in the west, and from southern Japan in the north to northern Australia and New Caledonia. It has been recorded off the coast of Florida, though this may be the result of dumping of aquarium specimens. Juvenile fish are solitary or live in small groups, among mangroves or other inner sheltered lagoons. The Oregon Hairy Triton is a member of the Gastropoda family, which are marine mollusks. It is a large predatory snail. It can be found along the coastline from Alaska, all the way down the Pacific Coast to California. They are also found on the other side of the ocean in Northern Japan. While not much is really know about the feeding habit of these snails, it is believed they prey on other mollusks and perhaps even sea urchins. Despite the common name, they are not hairy, but instead are covered with periostracum, which is a thin organic coating or "skin" which is the outermost layer of the shell. The name was given to honor the Oregon Territory by conchologist John Howard Redfield in 1846. Many decades later this gastropod was named the official state shell of Oregon. The Orinoco Crocodile is a critically endangered reptile native to freshwater environments in Colombia and Venezuela, in particular the Orinoco River and its tributaries. Males go to an average of 13 feet (4.1 m) long and weighing 840 lb (380 kg.) The females are slightly smaller. The Orinoco crocodile can be recognized by its relatively long snout, which is narrower than that of the somewhat similar-looking American crocodile. It is one of the larger reptiles in South America and the largest predator on that continent. While once common in their native range, extensive overhunting and habitat loss has greatly decreased it's population.
