The Eastern American Toad is a small to medium sized amphibian native to much of the eastern parts of North America, from the northeastern parts of Canada, down south into Georgia and east through much of the mid-western states. Once they grow to adulthood, they spent most of their lives on dry land, returning to the water only to breed.
