The Elizabeth's Chromodoris is a species of aeolid nudibranch or sea slug, which are marine gastropod mollusks which shed their shell after their larval stage. They are benthic animals and tend to only be found on the crawling on the ocean bottom. They are noted for their often extraordinary colors and striking forms. There are more than 3,000 described species of nudibranchs. They are one of the most colorful of the nudibranches. It is found in the waters of the South Pacific ocean, usually in and around color reefs at a depth of 15 to 95 feet.
