Anhinga – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Anhinga:
The Anhinga is a shorebird native to the warmer parts of North America and South America. It is a member of the darter family. While it is not closely related to the cormorant, it shares the ability to stay submerged for significant periods of time when hunting. The name 'Anhinga' comes from the Brazilian Tupi language meaning devil bird or snake bird, because when it is hunting only the neck appears and it looks somewhat like a snake about to strike. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality: • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download
