White-Tailed Jackrabbit – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the White-Tailed Jackrabbit:

The Whitetailed Jackrabbit - also called the Prairie Hare or simply White Jack - is a hare native to much of North America, mostly from the upper Mid-West to nearly the Pacific Coast. There are two recognized subspecies: subspecies: L. townsendii townsendii and L. townsendii campanius. At one point it was believed that this species had been extirpated, but due to observation and other methods it is clear the species' population is stable and it is not considered endangered or even threatened. Like other species of hare, the White-Tailed Jackrabbit feeds on a variety of plant matter such as grasses and tender shoots of various plants and flowers. They are mostly active in the morning and near dusk. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality: • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download
