Tundra Wolf – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Tundra Wolf:
The Tundra Wolf - also known as the Turukhan wolf - is a subspecies of grey wolf native to Eurasia's tundra and forest-tundra zones from Finland to the Kamchatka Peninsula. The Tundra Wolf can measure up to 7 feet in length from nose to end of tail. There have been unconfirmed reports of some weighing as much as 220 pounds. However, on average, Tundra Wolves weigh from 100 to 125 pounds. Their height can be anywhere from 28 to 38 inches. They primarily prey on large mammals like deer, wapiti, moose, caribou, bison, musk ox and mountain sheep. Because catching large animals is not a daily occurrence, an adult Tundra Wolf may eat up to 20 pounds in one feeding. Contrary to the belief that wolves target mainly infirm creatures, research of wolves in Eurasia has shown that in some cases, up to 93% of their targeted prey have no physical or mental hindrance. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:

Virginia Opossum – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Virginia Opossum:
The Virginia Opossum, also called the North American Opossum, is found throughout areas east of the Rocky Mountains, south from Ontario and down well into Central America. There is also a population that has been introduced into California. The are the only marsupial native to North America and the largest living member of it's genus. Opossums are opportunistic feeds, and will feed on plant matter, carrion and insects. If the animal feels threatened, it will bear it's teeth, hissing and screeching. If it feel sufficiently threatened it will feign death or 'play possum', which is now understood to be an involuntary reaction to fear. During this coma like state, the animal will lay on it's side with it's tongue out and discharge a foul fluid discouraging predators. Western Camel – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Western Camel:
The Western Camel is a member of the genus of Camelops, which were camels that once inhabited much of western North America up until the end of the Pleistocene, which ended some 10,00 years ago. While much is known about how this camel might have lived because of the close relation to extant camels (the Bactrian and the Arabian) is it unclear just why this animal went extinct, along with nearly all of the Pleistocene megafauna on various continents around the world. While many models of this extinction are based much on the arrival of hunting humans into the area, it does not account fully for why nearly all of the large land mammals - save for Africa - went extinct. White Rhinoceros – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the White Rhinoceros:
The White Rhinoceros lives primarily open woodland with nearby open grassland, thick brush, and water. The term "white" rhino is actually a misinterpretation of the native African word "widje," referring to the wide mouth of the rhino. White rhinos are among the largest living land animals. They can weigh up to 5000 pounds have a head-and-body length of 11-14 feet. They are one of only five extant rhinos in the world today. It is believed one of the subspecies of the White Rhino - the Northern White Rhino - is extinct in the wild, and only 8 remain alive, all of which are in captivity.
