Information about the Northern Leopard Frog:
The Northern Leopard Frog is a species of amphibian from the true frog family native to parts of Canada and United States. It is is a medium-sized green/brown frog with distinctive dark spots ringed with paler "halos." These frogs have a wide range of habitats. They can be found in ponds, swamps, marshes and slow moving streams throughout forest, open and urban areas. As with other similar frogs, Leopard Frogs are not picky when it comes to diet. If it looks like food and they can overpower it and get it into their mouths, then it's food.
