Zebra Shark – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Zebra Shark:
The Zebra Shark is bottom dwelling fish found in shallow coral reefs and sandy flats in the tropical areas of the Indo-Pacific. It is a species of carpet shark and the only member of the family Stegostomatidae. They are medium-sized sharks, reaching an adult length of about 8 feet or 2.5 meters. Zebra Sharks are nocturnal (active only at night) and during the day spend most of the time motionless on the sea bottom. When night comes and they hunt, they usually feed on mollusks, crustaceans and small bony fishes. It is taken by commercial fisheries and because of this the population is considered vulnerable. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality: • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download
