Scorpion Species of the World Poster Print

Scorpions are predatory arachnids of the order Scorpiones. All of the species have eight legs, with a pair of grasping pincers and a narrow, segmented tail. This tail is often carried in a characteristic forward curve over the back and always ending with a venomous stinger, although the venom used by scorpions is relatively mind, and fatalities in humans are rare.   List of species: ASIAN FOREST SCORPION (Heterometrus spinifer) BLACK SAND SCORPION (Urodacus novaehollandiae) BRAZILIAN YELLOW SCORPION (Tityus serrulatus) COMMON BLACK SCORPION (Nebo hierichonticus) CALIFORNIA COMMON SCORPION (Paruroctonus silvestrii) EMPEROR SCORPION (Pandinus imperator) GIANT DESERT HAIRY SCORPION (Hadrurus arizonensis) WESTERN FOREST SCORPION (Uroctonus mordax) FREE SHIPPING IN THE US
