Spotted Jellyfish – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Spotted Jellyfish:
Spotted Jellyfish - also called the White-Spotted or Australian Jellyfish - are native to the waters of the southwestern Pacific. They feed mostly on zooplankton. Unlike some of the other jellies, Phyllorhiza punctata has only a mild venom and it not considered dangerous to humans. It is thought that the warming oceans have given this jelly the ability to thrive in areas it has not normally been found in - such as the Gulf of Mexico and the waters surrounding Hawaii. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:
• Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download
