Sugar Glider – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Sugar Glider:
The Sugar Glider is a small possum native to various forested environments of northern and eastern Australia, Tasmania and Papua New Guinea. While they strongly resemble flying squirrels they are not closely related to them. The name comes from their diet, which consists of tree sap, usually from the eucalyptus, acacia and gum trees. Although they will also catch and eat insects, especially in summer. They are arboreal, rarely coming down from the tree canopy. They are highly social, living in groups of up to seven adults plus young ones. They are hunted by many of the forest predators, such as owls, kookabuurras, snakes, goannas and feral cats. These animals do well in captivity and are often kept as pets. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality: • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²) • Opacity: 94% Buy a Digital Download
