Tomato Frog – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Tomato Frog:
Tomato frogs come from Madagascar. The name is based on the fact that this amphibian is bright red and roundish. If threatened a Tomato frog will puff up it's body making it appear larger than it really is. The frog can also secrete a thick substance through it's skin that will cause any predator's mouth and eyes to be irritated. The Tomato Frog is a very popular animal to keep for a pet. Due to destruction of it's native habitat and the overall decline of amphibian species worldwide it is considered endangered. Yellow-Headed Day Gecko – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Yellow-Headed Gecko:
The Yellow-Headed gecko is a small arboreal lizard native to the tropical forests of Central and South America. It can grow to be about 2.7-3.5 inches long (69-90 mm.) This lizard is highly adaptable and has been introduced into other tropical and sub-tropical areas and established permanent populations. Like other geckos, it has no eyelid, and must use it's long tongue to keep it's eyeballs moistened. This is a very attractive species of gecko and it is sometimes kept as a pet. It does well in captivity and will become tame, taking food from the owners hand at times. It is not considered endangered. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:
