Minnesota State Capitol Building, Saint Paul – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Minnesota State Capitol:
The Minnesota State Capitol is located in Saint Paul. The building was completed in 1905 at a cost of $4.5 million dollars. The architect was Cass Gilbert, who designed many prominent buildings in the central US. Gilbert took his inspiration from Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome. The unsupported dome of the building is the second largest in the world, behind Saint Peter's. It is the third building to serve as Minnesota's capitol. The first burned down in 1881, and the second was deemed too small almost immediately after completion. One of the most notable features of the building are the gold gilded horses at the base of the dome in the front. This piece of art was designed and sculpted by Daniel Chester French and Edward Clark Potter. The four horses represent the power of nature: earth, fire, water and wind. At one time, the building had German quotations on the wall, but these were painted over during the tide of anti-German sentiment during World War II. These were later restored. The capitol building houses the Senate, House of Representatives, the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the Governor. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:

Mountain Tapir – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Mountain Tapir:
The Mountain Tapir - also called the Woolly Tapir - is the second smallest of the five species of tapir (only the recently described Tapirus kabomani being smaller but there is no consensus that this is a new species) It is the only tapir that doesn't live in tropical rainforests. It is most easily distinguished from other tapirs by its thick woolly coat and white lips. The species name comes from the term "La Pinchaque", an imaginary beast said to inhabit the same regions as the mountain tapirThe poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:

Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Neuschwanstein Castle:
The Neuschwanstein Castle is a large impressive castle built on a rugged hill near the town of Fussen in Bavaria, Germany. The castle was built by King Ludwig II as a tribute to Richard Wagner. It is an extremely popular tourist destination, with an estimated 60 million people having visited it. The building was visualized by Christian Jank and realized by architect Eduard Riedel. The palace was built over the ruins of two other castles, which were completed destroyed in the process of construction. It was completed in 1873, at a massive cost to the government and people in which hundreds of craftsmen were employed. During it's construction, the castle was modified and enlarged. As it went up so did the expenses. The king and some of his family moved into the palace in 1884. Richard Wagner, whom the building was dedicated to, died in 1883 and was never able to set foot in the palace. Ludwig himself only was able to live there 172 days, before he died in 1886. The palace was never completed, and the massive expenses incurred by it's construction nearly bankrupted Bavaria. Although the official story has King Ludwig dying of accidental drowning, some theories exist that he was in fact murdered by orders of some members of the government. Ludwig was obsessed with swans, and the interior and exterior is decorated with dozens of them. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:

Nile Crocodile – Signed Fine Art Print
Information about the Nile Crocodile:
The Nile Crocodile is a large, predatory reptile native to much of central and southern Africa. As the name implies, they can be found on the banks of the Nile River, but they are not limited to that. In West Africa, Nile crocodiles are found most frequently in coastal lagoons, estuaries, and in the rivers bordering the equatorial forest belt. In East Africa, they are found mostly in rivers, lakes, marshes, and dams. Nile Crocodiles are the largest reptile in Africa, and is second only in size to the Saltwater Crocodile when it comes to crocodilians. The Nile Crocodile was extensively hunted for their skins in the 1940-60s, but facing extinction, aggressive conservation plans were put into effect, saving the species. Today their numbers are stable and they are not considered endangered. The poster is printed on matte, museum-quality paper with Giclée printing quality:
