Information about the Common Sunstar:

The Common Sunstar is a member of the family Solasteridae, which includes about 10 different genera of sea stars. This echinoderm is native to the coastal waters of both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, mostly in the northern parts. It is common along the coastlines of the northern European nations, along with much of the Pacific Coastline of North America. They are large, usually about 15 inches across (40cm) While they are generally found at depth of at least 5-10 feet, very low season tides will expose them to the open air. Currently there is a disease that is causing the population to waste away, and the cause is unknown. Common Warthog – Signed Fine Art Print

$19.95$27.95

Information about the Warthog:

The Warthog or Common Warthog is a wild pig that lives in the savanna habitats of central and southern Africa. Warthogs range in size from three to 5 feet long (0.91 to 1.5 metres) and weighing about 110 to 170 pounds (50 to 75 kg). Phacochoerus africanus has four recoginzed subspecies, and is identifiable by the two pairs of pointed tusks protruding from the mouth, which are used as weapons against predators. Warthogs are omnivorous, and feed on a variety of grasses, roots, berries and other fruits, bark, fungi, eggs and even carrion. The large tusks made from ivory sometimes result in the poaching of these animals, although at this time they are not considered threatened and their numbers are stable. $19.95$27.95

Information about the Common Yellowjacket Wasp:

Yellowjackets are common, predatory wasps native to North America. They are members of the family Vespidae, which is a group of wasp species numbering around 5,000 different insects. Yellowjackets live in colonies, usually located in trees, bushes or other protected areas, sometimes in manmade structures. They are stinging insects, and unlike bees their stinger does not detach after stinging, so they can inflict multiple stings should they need to. Only the females have a stinger.
