$8.99$34.99

Henry W. Coe State Park is the largest state park in northern California, covering over 87,000 acres (or 35,000 hectares). This vast wilderness park is located in the Diablo Range. It’s situated east of the city of Morgan Hill, which is about 15 miles south of San Jose along U.S. Highway 101. The park’s terrain is rugged and varied, encompassing lofty ridges, steep canyons, grasslands, and oak savannas. It is home to diverse plant and animal life, including black-tailed deer, bobcats, coyotes, and the elusive mountain lion. The park was originally a cattle ranch, and remnants of this history, including roads, trails, ponds, and fencing, can still be found within its boundaries.
