Artist’s notes:
The Desert Iguana drawing was completed on 12.13.2010. The drawing was made after a suggestion by my friend Carlos who works at the East Bay Vivarium in Berkeley. I noted there was a pretty large variance in coloration from light to dark in these lizards, but I thought the morphs with the darker, red-brownish markings were more interesting.
