Artist’s notes:
The Albino American Alligator illustration is was completed on 11.3.09. But then I redid the drawing on 3.12.2010 because I was unhappy with it. I believe this is a much stronger drawing. The original drawing is that of the alligator that resides at the California Academy of Sciences. But the new illustration is that of the albino alligator that resides at the Wildlife World Zoo in Arizona.
