Artist’s notes:
The Zebra Finch illustration was completed on 11.8.2014. I recall seeing these charming birds at my brother’s house near Safford, Arizona. These little birds are so adorable and watching them flit about was really entertaining. I hope to install a aviary in my new house and it will certainly include some of these birds. The drawing is based on a photo by Joachim S. Mueller and was used with permission.
